Create a version of WP-Lister to support selling on Etsy

Add an option to update only price and stock level, but not other product details – similar to the option to lock an item in WP-Lister for eBay.

Extend WC Admin with advanced reports by filtering for WP-Lister for eBay e WP-Lister for Amazon

Happens once a year, hence easy to miss – token expiration. There should be reminder shown in Woo admin dashboard to renew the token before it expires and warning if it's already expired.
