Etsy Lister features for intl. Customers
Hi team WP-Lister, i just saw that you are in the process to develop a plugin for synching WooCommerce and Etsy. I evaluated about everything on the market in the last couple of days. I was missing some features in all of them. If you implement them, you would have 1+ customer from Germany.
– killer feature International price options: Etsy offers two prices for international sales, one for national sales and a second price for international sales on either products or variations. The intl. price should be calculated from the Woo standard price, either by adding an absolute amount or a percentage on global, category, product or variation level.
– EU customers will have to add "key features" which is a short description of the products characteristics. This Etsy field should be mappable to either short description or cart note in Woo
– A usable and liberal mapping tool for categories, custom attributes and as many fields as possible would be a burner.
This only reflects my humble opinion and my hope to finally find something which is professionally engineered and complete. I will have an eye on your news.
Best regards from Berlin, Germany, keep on track,
Matin

Thank you very much for that information, le.matin.
I declined this comment/feature request though. Only because we don’t have WP-Lister for Etsy even in a beta form yet.
We greatly appreciate your suggestions, but this would server better once we have a working form of WP-Lister for Etsy to test, and where you would be able to provide this request in the WP-Lister for Etsy section (not WP-Lister for eBay).
Since you said you will be watching out for news on WP-Lister for Etsy, I think your suggestions would serve us better if you provide these suggestions once we have a basic functioning Etsy solution.
Thank you 🙂
John
Hey John, thanks for your reply anyway. I will curiously wait for your first public version of your Etsy lister. Good luck and success with the implementation! Best, Matin
