Please note that while we always try to process refunds quickly, it may take up to two weeks for the credit card payment refund to reflect in your account. Also, we want to make you aware that due to daily fluctuations in currency exchange rates, you may receive a slightly different refund amount in your local currency compared to the amount you paid in Euros.
